No changelog. If you want changelogs then just follow CyangenMod commits.

Install procedure?
Put the install .zip package into sdcard and flash it using CWM or TWRP on recovery mode.

• N8000 (Galaxy Tab Note 10.1 N8000)
• N801x (Galaxy Tab Note 10.1 N8010 and N8013)
• Odin (Sony Xperia ZL or ZQ)
• P1LN (Galaxy Tab 7" P1000, P1000L and P1000N)
