How to restore access to your account

In order to restore access to your account, go to the official Whole World website and press theLog In button.

Click on the "Forgotten Password?" link

Enter in the field one of the details you remember: it can be E-mail address, phone number, Login ID or your certificate number. Press Continue

An access recovery code will be sent to the e-mail address and phone number specified in the Profile section of your account

Type it in the open field and press Continue

Then come up with a new password, repeat it and click Continue. The System will transfer you to your Personal Office

And now, in order not to forget your Login ID and password again, download the personal details file. Simply replace the details in it with your own ones, so they will be easily accessible to you at the right time.
