What countries' citizens may become the Whole World participants?

- Any country's citizens may become the Program's participants

From what age is the participation in the Whole World system possible?

- A person reached 18 years of age may become a participant

What happens if I sign up and activate an account when I'm under 18?

- In this case you will not be able to verify your account, if it is necessary, and the access to your account can be limited until you reach the required age

May I sign up for the System several times?

- It is forbidden to create more than one personal account (registration) in the community for your name; It is also forbidden to create affiliation chains of two and more consequent registrations

Is it mandatory to specify the real details (name, e-mail address, phone number)?

- According to the Program's rules, all participants are obliged to provide real contact and personal details upon signing up

What happens if I specify false personal details when signing up?

- In this case you will not be able to verify your account, if it is necessary, and your account can be blocked

Why is it important to specify the true contact details?

- Your e-mail address and phone number are used to recover the access to your account. You teammates will use the contact details you specify to contact you

Why do I need to verify the phone number and e-mail address?

- The verification of your phone number and e-mail address will significantly increase the security level of your account.
Even though third parties gain access to your account, they cannot change the phone number and e-mail address, so you will be able to recover the access to the account.

Do I have the right to register my relative using my invitation certificate?

- Yes, you can register any citizen of any country elder than 18 years, regardless of any family ties

I want to register a client from my computer, but do not see the "Sign Up" button on the main page... Where is it?

- Probably the point is that currently you have logged into your account at the website.
You need to log out of your Personal Office, then you will see the "Sign Up" button. Point the cursor over your name in the top right corner of the screen and choose "Log Out" ("Exit")

How can I remove an incomplete registration?

- To do this, log out of your account. Then click the "Sign Up" button, enter the e-mail address you specified when initiating the registration process. Press "Sign Up" and then choose "I want to remove the previous registration with this e-mail and sign up again"

Can I delete my account?

- Yes, you can. If the account has not yet been activated, log into the Profile and click "Delete Account"

How to delete an account which has already been activated?

- Before doing this, the account must be verified, because we have to know that you are its rightful owner, and the deletion process was not initiated by a computer trespasser. After passing the verification procedure, the Delete Account button in the Profile section of your account will become active.

Can I restore a deleted account?

- No, you can't

Can I register a new account with the same personal details as were specified in the deleted account?

- Yes, you can

- Yes, you can pay whenever you want. Your account will not be removed!

Can I link one purse to several accounts?

- Yes, you can. However, we recommend to use different purses for each account

Is it mandatory that the purse and account registration details coincide?

- No, it's not mandatory. The purse registration details are not cross-checked against the Whole World account's details
